All non-management MHCC Head Start Employees are union represented through Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 603.
As part of the Child Development and Family Support Programs from Mt. Hood Community College, all Head Start employees and their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents will have the following benefits available to them:
