  1. Participants will develop a common understanding of what shared governance means.
  2. Participants will be able to identify the different roles of the Board, Policy Council, and staff.
  3. Participants will develop a greater understanding of program governance responsibilities.
  4. Participants will develop an understanding of their leadership styles and strengths
  5. Participants will identify the attributes of effective leaders.
  6. Participants will learn strategies for putting leadership into action- making a difference.
