Home Based Program:
- For pregnant mothers and children 0-3 years old
- Provides weekly, 90-minute visits with a childcare provider
- Focuses on connecting with little ones and parenting skills
Preschool:
- For children 2-5 years old
- Ranges from 3.5-7 hours per day
- Learn-by-playing approach builds social and emotional development
Full Day Child Care:
- For children ages 6 months to 5 years old
- Ranges from 8.5-10 hours per day
- Offers year-round coverage
Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships (EHS-CCP):
- For children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old
- EHS-CCP services provided within local childcare centers and certified family childcare homes
- For working families receiving childcare subsidy
- For teen parents or expectant teen parents currently attending high schools

Families Who Are Eligible
- Receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or
- Are homeless, or
- Have income below the federal poverty guidelines, or
- Have a child in foster care
IMPORTANT NOTE: Further eligibility requirements apply to the Full-Day Child Care Program. To qualify, families must also:
- Be working and receiving a child care subsidy, or
- Be an HHCC student taking 9 credits or more
