Let us help you find the free childcare program with home visiting and wraparound services, including health, social and educational supports, that fits your family’s needs and schedule.

Home-Based Program:

  • For pregnant mothers and children 0-3 years old
  • Provides weekly 90-min visits with a child care provider
  • Focused on connecting with little ones and parenting skills

Preschool:

  • For children 2-5 years old
  • Ranges from 3.5-7 hours per day
  • Learn-by-playing approach builds social and emotional development

Full-Day Child Care:

  • For children ages 6 months to 5 years old
  • Ranges from 8.5-10 hours per day
  • Offers year round coverage

Families Who Are Eligible

  • Receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or
  • Are homeless, or
  • Have income below the federal poverty guidelines, or
  • Have a child in foster care

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Further eligibility requirements apply to the Full-Day Child Care Program. To qualify, families must also:

  • Be working and receiving a child care subsidy, or
  • Be an HHCC student taking 9 credits or more
